Right Allegation to Make Oke Resign From Position

The CEO and the publisher of OkayPlayer and OkayAfrica have worked on humanitarian grounds on several occasions. Recently, a public announcement has been made demanding the resignation and replacement of Abiola, who is not holding on to the office the right way. The man is extremely well-known worldwide, but he has not been able to keep up with the good name because of his conduct with the female professionals at the office. It has been reported that Oke has harassed the female professionals asexually and what he has done is indeed unrespectable. For years, he has made the wrong use of his position, which has put on fire the minds of the female workers, who are not ready to go with it anymore.

Courage to Protest

From 2015 to 2020, the black women working at OkayPlayer and OkayAfrica have been suffering due to a lack of resources and support. They have greatly suffered the loss of social prestige at the workplace and were no longer ready to accept the below-market salary. Due to a lack of correct leadership and encouragement, they suffered a professional loss for years, and now they were no longer ready to take it anymore. After the one big step taken by the brave black lady, the rest acquired the courage to protest against Abiola Oke.

Efforts of the Ladies

The attitude of Oke has been foul long since, and those who were not ready to accept his subjugation were asked to resign or were forced to work under unfavorable conditions. There have been people thanking the black ladies for the courage they have shown, as it is not easy to speak against someone who has been reigning for years in the role of a CEO. One loud call encouraged the others, and they learned to protest against the wrongdoer no matter who he is and what his professional position is.

One Encouraging the Other

A special appreciation should also be given to the black men who stood by the ladies and forced Oke to resign from his position. This has led to the encouragement of the black ladies to carry on with their task of raising voices against the injustice done at the workplace. People need to speak up when something is going wrong within the organization for years. One person has to take a stand and come forward and protest against the misconduct. A good effort in time acts as an encouragement shortly.

To Make Oke Suffer Due to Misconduct

The letter forwarded by the black lady clearly stated the mistreatment done by Abiola Oke in time, and she has been strong enough to speak against the lack of right behavior within the workplace as made by Oke for years. Twitter has personally handled the matter and has highlighted several public opinions in the case. Following the details, you get to know what people have to say in support of the action taken against Oke. Apart from resignation, Oke should not participate in any prestigious event as he has been blocklisted socially.
